We're seeking someone who is excited to grow with our practice, enjoys learning new skills, and takes pride in creating an exceptional experience for every patient who walks through our doors.
We are not a typical eye care office. Our practice is at the forefront of eye care technology, advanced dry eye treatments, and personalized patient care. We believe healthy eyes are an important part of overall health, and our mission is to help our patients—and our community—live healthier, happier lives.
Our team is supportive, positive, and passionate about continuous learning. If you're someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems, and making a meaningful impact every day, we'd love to meet you.

- Verify insurance coverage and perform insurance eligibility checks.
- Collect payments, process billing information, and maintain HIPAA compliance.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure documentation is organized and complete.
- Answer and manage a multi-line phone system with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette.
- Assist with patient intake and help coordinate daily clinic flow for an exceptional patient experience.
- Support office operations through filing, data entry, and electronic record management.
- Collaborate with doctors and clinical staff to ensure accurate documentation and smooth communication throughout the patient's visit.
- Participate in ongoing training and continually develop new skills as our practice grows.
