Key Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or strong Clinical Fellow applicants welcome
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting strongly preferred
- Familiarity with IEP writing, progress monitoring, and collaborative team processes

Primary Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders among elementary students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in accordance with IEP goals
- Deliver direct therapy to students one-on-one and in small groups
- Consult with teachers, families, and other professionals to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and timely reporting
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Travel between school sites as necessary to meet caseload needs
