To continue this commitment in member service excellence, we are looking for highly motivated and engaging staff to support both our casual and fine dining restaurants.
Overview:
We are seeking a Sauté Cook with 2+ years fine dining cooking experience. As a Sauté Cook, you will play a vital role in our catering and food service operations, ensuring the highest standards of food preparation and service. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in the food industry or a passion for meal preparation to contribute to our Culinary department. This position also allows for individual creative expression through weekly dinner specials and the opportunity to learn many areas of the kitchen including buffets, banquets and action stations.
Duties:
- Prepare and serve meals according to established recipes and portion sizes
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations and maintain a clean and sanitary kitchen environment
- Assist with meal planning, including accommodating special dietary needs or restrictions
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely meal delivery and efficient service
- Maintain inventory of food supplies and place orders as needed
- Assist with dishwashing and cleaning duties as required
- Provide exceptional customer service to club members and their guests.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in catering, food service, or a related field is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays if required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
