Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive quality assurance programs for cars and automotive parts aligned with industry standards and relevant automotive regulations.
- Lead internal and external quality audits to verify compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Oversee manufacturing processes to ensure adherence to quality control protocols, conducting thorough inspections and quality checks at various production stages.
- Manage non-conformance issues by investigating root causes, implementing corrective actions, and tracking resolution effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve product design, manufacturing processes, and overall quality systems.
- Conduct analysis of quality data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities for process optimization.
- Lead project management efforts related to quality initiatives, ensuring timely completion within scope and budget constraints. Experience
- Proven experience in automotive manufacturing or a related industry with a strong focus on Quality Assurance or Quality Control roles.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce defects, waste, and variation.
- Hands-on experience conducting quality audits in accordance with industry best practices.
- Prepare and present quality reports to senior management.
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
