Full Job Description: Little Joe’s Pizza is looking for a charismatic, fun-loving, and high-energy Experienced Server to join our growing team! We have been serving up the neighborhood's best pizza since the 1950s. We recently remodeled our space into the ultimate neighborhood spot to watch the game, grab a cold beer with friends, and enjoy a great family meal. If you are a seasoned restaurant professional who loves a fast-paced environment and knows how to hustle with a smile, you will fit right in with the Little Joe's family!
What You’ll Do (Responsibilities):
- Guest Experience: Greet customers warmly, take accurate food and drink orders, and provide fast, friendly table service.
- Game Day Hustle: Manage a bustling section with efficiency, especially during high-volume sports games and weekend rushes.
- Menu Expertise: Answer questions about our classic pizza options and daily specials.
- Team Player: Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service and maintain a clean, welcoming dining room.
What We’re Looking For (Qualifications):
- Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of serving experience in a fast-paced or high-volume restaurant environment (Preferred).
- Personality: Outgoing, vibrant, and genuinely enjoys connecting with people.
- Speed & Stamina: A true "hustler" who thrives under pressure and stays organized when it gets busy.
- Availability: Flexibility to work peak hours, including evenings, weekends, and game days.
