Overview:
IPS Nationwide is actively hiring professional and reliable Retail Security Officers to support high-end retail locations across the BAY AREA / SACREMENTO AREA. We are seeking ON CALL Armed & Unarmed guards who are comfortable in customer-facing environments and can maintain a strong security presence. You will be a part of a 5–10-man team to ensure NO shifts are left open.
Responsibilities:

Maintain a visible presence to deter theft and ensure safety

Monitor store activity and identify suspicious behavior

Provide Customer Service while enforcing store policies

Respond to Incidents, de-escalate situations and document reports
-
Work closely with store management and IPS leads.
Requirements:

Valid BSIS Guard Card (Required)

Valid Exposed Firearm Permit (Required for Armed Positions)

Reliable Transportation

Strong Communication and Professionalism

Ability to stand/walk for extended period

Work with Area Manager and coverage team to ensure NO OPEN SHIFTS
