Senior Leader – Parts Sales

Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, a related technical degree, or business degree is required
· Eight or more years of relevant experience in gas compression/natural gas industry
· Three or more years of experience in Supervision/Leadership – remote management experience preferred
· Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship management skills
· Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, particularly engineering groups
· Experience in business planning and sales strategy development
· Self-motivated and self-managed with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills
What We Are Seeking:
We are seeking a dynamic candidate to lead our Parts Sales team as the Senior Leader of Parts Sales at our headquarters in Mount Vernon, Ohio. In this role, you will manage the strategic and operational aspects of the Parts Sales business to build long-term customer relationships with our distributors and end-users while increasing Ariel compressor component sales. You will provide leadership to the area to grow Parts Sales (aftermarket) through planning, developing, evaluating, and implementing agreed-upon business strategies, while leading and developing the Parts Sales team across North America. This role will require between 25% to 50% travel within North America based upon business needs. Working cross-functionally with engineering, technical services and unit sales, you will help deliver solutions that align with customer expectations and company objectives. A solid understanding of business finance and market trends is needed in this strategic leadership role.
