Achievement Behavior Services (ABS) is actively hiring part-time ABA Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one, in-home support to children diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder. We are a boutique ABA agency, serving families across Queens since 2015 through personalized treatment planning and compassionate, evidence-based care.

Working individually with a learner in their home environment
Implementing a structured Behavior Intervention Plan created by a BCBA
Supporting skill-building in communication, academics, play, and daily routines
Using reinforcement-based teaching methods and engaging activities
Collecting data and documenting progress after each session
Communicating consistently with BCBA supervisors and family members
Competitive hourly rates based on experience
After-school and weekend scheduling
Ongoing supervision and case support from a BCBA
Training opportunities and guidance toward RBT certification
A collaborative, supportive ABA network
Experience working with children or individuals with developmental needs
Strong communication, patience, and professionalism
Interest in ABA therapy, child development, psychology, education, OT, or speech
Prior ABA experience or certifications (CPR, Mandated Reporter, RBT) are a plus, but not required
