Lily Home Health Services is looking for an experienced Insurance Contracting Specialist to help our agency establish contracts with insurance companies, including PPO plans and HMO medical groups.
Responsibilities
- Contact and communicate with PPO insurance plans and HMO medical groups
- Start and manage the contracting process for home health services
- Complete required applications, documents, and follow-ups
- Help negotiate and finalize insurance contracts
- Track contracting status and keep the office updated
- Work with management to expand our insurance network
Requirements
- Experience is mandatory
- Must have prior experience with insurance contracting, provider relations, credentialing, or medical group contracting
- Knowledge of PPO insurance plans and HMO medical groups
- Experience with home health, healthcare, or medical provider contracting preferred
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Organized and able to work independently

Compensation
