What You’ll Do
- Support teachers in classrooms throughout the school
- Help create a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment
- Supervise children during classroom activities and outdoor play
- Assist with educational activities, daily routines, and transitions
- Encourage children’s social, emotional, and academic development
- Help keep classrooms clean, organized, and ready for learning
- Communicate professionally with families and fellow teachers
What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or childcare setting preferred
- Positive attitude and dependable attendance
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Passion for early childhood education
- CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus
