Director of Safety and Compliance
Monitors safety programs and trainings; maintains compliance with DOT, EPA, MPCA, OSHA and MSHA permits and regulations; conducts accident investigations; overseas workers compensation claims and the return to work program; facilitates insurance claims; completes work site inspections and evaluations; completes interviews, hiring and maintenance of personnel files; monitors the drug and alcohol program; maintains inventory and distribution of personal protective equipment; completes investigations for all sexual harassment claims.
