We're looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Host or Hostess to be the first point of contact for our guests when they arrive at our venue. The host is responsible for checking in guests, answering phones, offering menus, seating, and the reservation system. Our host must also be outgoing and able to engage with our guests.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with their needs.
- Stock and clean host area and other parts of the restaurant.
- Operate the RESY reservation system. Training provided.
- Pleasantly greet guests coming and going from the restaurants.
- Answer phones and assist guests as needed.
- Respect all property of the business.
Qualifications
- Host/hostess experience
- Food service or hospitality background
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with POS or reservation systems
- Ability to handle guest relations effectively
- Phone etiquette
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
