Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – Denver & Aurora, CO
Our ABA agency is hiring experienced Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with autism in home and school settings throughout Denver, Aurora, and surrounding areas.
Pay: $26–$36 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available; schedules vary
Start Date: Immediate
Requirements:
- Bilingual English and Spanish is strongly preferred
- Previous experience working as a Registered Behavior Technician
- Current or previously active RBT certification accepted
- Experience providing ABA therapy to children with autism
- Ability to work professionally with BCBAs, families, and school staff
- Reliable, patient, and comfortable working in home and school environments
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct, one-on-one ABA therapy
- Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising BCBA
- Collect accurate session and behavioral data
- Support communication, social, learning, and independent living skills
- Collaborate with BCBAs, families, and school teams
