Pay Rate: $19.00 - $22.00/hour (Based on Experience)
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM
We are currently hiring Production Operators to join our team. This position is responsible for assembling, inspecting, and producing quality parts while following work instructions, blueprints, and safety standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, reliable, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment.
Responsibilities:
- Learn and perform operations on machines, equipment, and production fixtures with guidance from experienced operators.
- Read and follow blueprints, work orders, engineering drawings, and production instructions.
- Assemble parts and raw materials according to specifications while meeting quality and production goals.
- Position, align, and assemble components accurately.
- Use measuring equipment and gauges to verify part accuracy and quality.
- Perform quality checks and monitor processes to ensure the best manufacturing results.
- Operate production equipment, including soldering equipment as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels of materials, supplies, and process-related items.
- Complete required production paperwork and documentation.
- Meet daily production goals and targets.
- Rotate through various departmental tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety and quality procedures.
- Participate in training and special projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, assembly, or production preferred.
- Experience working with small components, inspections, or tasks requiring manual dexterity is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions.
- Ability to read and understand basic work instructions, blueprints, and engineering drawings.
- Ability to perform basic math calculations (addition and subtraction of 2-3 digit numbers).
- Good or corrected vision required for quality inspections.
- Ability to perform repetitive hand, wrist, and finger movements.
- Comfortable working with various glues, solvents, and chemicals.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs.
