About the Role
We are a growing home services company seeking an experienced Meta Ads & Lead Generation Specialist to manage and improve our paid advertising campaigns.
This is a hands-on performance marketing position for someone who understands how to generate qualified local leads, not simply clicks, impressions, or inexpensive form submissions. You will take ownership of the entire customer acquisition funnel, from campaign strategy and creative development through landing-page optimization, lead tracking, and performance reporting.
The ideal candidate combines strong technical advertising skills with persuasive copywriting, creative thinking, and a clear understanding of local service lead generation.
Responsibilities
- Develop, build, and launch campaigns across Facebook and Instagram using Meta Ads Manager
- Create campaign strategies focused on generating qualified leads for our home services business
- Write persuasive ad copy, headlines, offers, and calls to action
- Develop creative concepts and provide direction for images, graphics, and videos
- Test audiences, offers, campaign objectives, placements, copy, and creative
- Monitor and optimize campaigns, budgets, bidding, and lead costs
- Improve lead quality while maintaining an efficient cost per qualified lead
- Build, test, and improve landing pages, lead forms, and conversion funnels
- Install, review, and troubleshoot tracking through Meta Pixel and Conversions API
- Track important performance metrics, including cost per lead, qualified-lead rate, booked appointments, and customer acquisition cost
- Prepare clear reports explaining results, insights, and recommended next steps
- Work with our team to understand lead quality and use sales feedback to improve campaign performance
- Stay current with Meta advertising policies, platform changes, and lead-generation best practices
Required Qualifications
- At least two years of hands-on experience managing Meta advertising campaigns
- Proven success generating qualified leads for local service businesses
- A portfolio, case studies, or campaign results demonstrating your experience
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, campaign structure, targeting, retargeting, and optimization
- Strong direct-response copywriting and creative-concept skills
- Experience building or improving landing pages and lead-generation funnels
- Experience with Meta Pixel, conversion tracking, and performance reporting
- Meta Blueprint certification
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to manage priorities, work independently, and take ownership of results
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience advertising for home service companies
- Experience connecting Meta campaigns with a CRM or lead-management platform
- Familiarity with call tracking, appointment booking, and offline conversion tracking
- Experience with tools such as GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Zapier, Google Analytics, or similar platforms
- Basic graphic design or short-form video editing abilities
How Success Will Be Measured
Success in this role will be evaluated based on:
- Number of qualified leads generated
- Cost per qualified lead
- Lead-to-appointment or lead-to-estimate rate
- Customer acquisition cost
- Campaign return on advertising spend
- Accuracy of conversion tracking and reporting
- Consistent campaign testing and improvement
We care about leads that turn into real sales opportunities. Low-cost leads that are unqualified, unreachable, outside our service area, or uninterested will not be considered successful campaign results.
