Speakeasy Fitness is hiring motivated, outgoing, and dependable individuals to join our membership sales team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys talking to people, wants strong earning potential, and is interested in growing in a fast-paced fitness environment.
This position starts at $20/hour, with opportunities to earn significantly more through commissions and performance bonuses.
Locations: Panorama City, North Hollywood, Canoga Park, and Sylmar. Applicants should be open to working at multiple locations as needed.

What You’ll Do
- Sell gym memberships through tours, outreach, lead follow-up, and guest conversations
- Welcome guests and help create a strong first impression
- Build relationships with members and prospective members
- Support front desk operations and daily club needs
- Help maintain a clean and professional club environment
