Watertown Country Club is hiring for line cooks. Mainly evening shifts, and certainly Friday night for fish fry. Compensation is $18-$21/hr. (depending on experience) . Individuals must have a positive attitude, work well with others, and be willing to go above and beyond the normal duties asked. Golf course privileges included.
Experience: Kitchen experience required, restaurant experience preferred.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards, maintaining consistency and quality in every dish.
- Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients to ensure smooth kitchen operations.
- Maintain proper food handling procedures, including safe storage, sanitation, and cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation during busy service times, ensuring timely delivery of orders.
- Uphold high standards of food presentation, ensuring each plate is visually appealing and meets quality expectations.
- Contribute to a positive team environment by communicating effectively and supporting fellow team members in all aspects of food service.
Qualifications
- Previous restaurant or fine dining experience demonstrating solid culinary skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques, cooking methods, and food safety protocols essential for maintaining high standards.
- Skilled in knife handling, meal preparation, and food industry best practices.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus on quality and safety standards.
