Executive Leadership Opportunity | Assistant Vice President – Manufacturing
ResourceTek is partnering with a global leader in metals manufacturing to identify an accomplished Assistant Vice President – Manufacturing for their Reading, PA area operations.
This high-impact executive role serves as the second-in-command to the Vice President of Manufacturing, providing strategic leadership across a 1,000+ employee manufacturing organization and multiple business units.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead operational performance across multiple manufacturing operations
- Drive safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives
- Partner with executive leadership on strategic initiatives and financial planning
- Champion Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement efforts
- Oversee capital projects and operational excellence programs
- Develop leadership teams, succession plans, and organizational capability
- Directly lead and mentor General Managers across the organization
Qualifications:
- 12+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
- Proven success leading large-scale industrial operations
- Experience managing senior leaders and multi-site or complex organizations
- Bachelor's degree required, advanced degree preferred
