Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated HVAC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and be proficient in HVAC/R systems, including installation, maintenance, and repair. This role requires an individual who is detail-oriented and capable of interpreting schematics and designs to ensure optimal system performance.
Duties
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration (HVAC/R) systems.
- Diagnose issues with HVAC systems using diagnostic equipment.
- Perform repair as needed, ensuring all equipment operates efficiently.
- Execute welding tasks when necessary for system repairs or modifications.
- Conduct routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to prevent breakdowns and extend equipment life.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to safety standards
- Going out of town (Within Texas) to complete jobs.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC/R installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot complex systems.
- Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as an Ohmmeter.
- Ability to perform welding and plumbing tasks related to HVAC installations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and clients.
- Certifications in HVAC preferred but not mandatory.
- Texas drivers license preferred but not mandatory.
- Spanish is required for this position.
