We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server and Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. This role is essential in ensuring a seamless dining experience for our guests by providing support to servers, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with hosting duties. Responsibilities
- Assist servers in delivering food and beverages to guests promptly and accurately.
- Buss tables efficiently, ensuring that all dishes and utensils are cleared and cleaned after each course.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing tables.
- Support the host team by greeting guests warmly, managing reservations, and seating customers as they arrive.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely service and address any guest needs or concerns.
- Adhere to food handling and safety guidelines to ensure a safe dining environment.
- Assist with catering events as needed, providing excellent service to guests during special functions.
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Familiarity with bussing, cleaning, and serving in a fast-paced environment is highly desirable.
- Strong communication skills are essential for interacting with guests and team members effectively.
- Experience in hospitality or hotel settings is a plus but not required.
