Responsibilities:
- Daily input into QuickBooks
- Vendor/Client interactions to receive payments
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable
- Miscellaneous office admin duties
- Daily communication with Accounting Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4-years of Accounting experience
- minimum of a 2-Year Degree in accounting or business
- Industry experience in auto body and/or glass is preferred
- Passion for helping small business owners
- Understands accounts payable, accounts receivable and various accounting practices
- Ability to work both independent and as part of team
- Extensive knowledge with Excel & QuickBooks
- Tech Savvy and willing to learn other industry software
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Positive attitude and team player a MUST!
- Likes to have fun at work, laughter is a MUST!
