We are seeking a skilled Pastry Chef with experience in baking and decorating cakes. This role is perfect for someone who takes pride in precision, creativity, and efficiency. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced bakery environment and is excited to work early mornings.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake cakes, muffins for online orders and service
- Frosts and decorates cakes with swiss meringue buttercream
- Produce a variety of pastries, tarts, and baked goods consistently to high standards
- Bake and decorate cakes for everyday sales and special orders
- Maintain ingredient inventory, storage, and proper food safety standards
- Collaborate with the team to plan daily production schedules
- Ensure bakery production areas are clean, organized, and compliant with health regulations
- Able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
