Schulz Pipeline Construction is hiring a full-time Utility Construction Laborer to join our Tulsa-area crew.
We are a family-owned underground utility contractor serving the Tulsa area since 2011. Our crews install gas lines, water lines, and directional drilling projects, and we are known for doing quality work, treating people right, and promoting from within.

Candidates with a CDL and relevant construction or utility experience may qualify for a higher starting rate.
Schedule
- Monday-Friday
- Day shift
- Occasional Saturday work as needed
What You’ll Do
- Assist with installation of underground gas and water utilities
- Safely dig and work around existing/live utilities
- Support directional drilling, trenching, backfilling, and restoration
- Load and unload tools, materials, and equipment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Work closely with an experienced foreman and crew
- Learn the utility construction trade through daily hands-on work
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and reliable attendance
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Able to perform physical work and lift 50-60 lbs regularly
- Valid driver’s license required
- CDL is a plus
- Must pass a federal pre-employment and random drug screen
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
