We are seeking one to two PT or FT Back-of-House employees.
Job duties:
Light prep work: PM shift sometimes has portioning / sauces / light duty.
Cooking orders in accordance with company standards / policy including-
-Operation of a full-service kitchen range with ovens, flattop and char-grill, and commercial frier.
-Dishes: you are responsible for doing dishes.
Must be willing and able to work nights and weekends.
