Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Project Manager to lead and oversee complex infrastructure and construction projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will coordinate all phases of project planning, execution, and delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your expertise in construction management software, scheduling, cost control, and team leadership will drive project success and client satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Develop detailed project plans including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation using project management software such as Primavera P6 and HeavyBid.
- Coordinate construction schedules with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure timely progression of work.
- Manage project budgets by monitoring costs, controlling expenditures, and preparing financial reports to ensure profitability.
- Oversee construction site activities to ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and environmental standards.
- Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications to guide project execution effectively.
- Lead project teams by assigning tasks, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration among engineers, contractors, and stakeholders.
- Ensure all projects adhere to contractual obligations and regulatory requirements while maintaining high standards of quality.
- Track project progress through regular updates and adjust schedules as needed to meet deadlines.
- Manage contracts with vendors and subcontractors to ensure scope compliance and performance standards are met.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation including reports, change orders, safety records, and communication logs.
Experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale construction or infrastructure projects within a commercial or civil environment.
- Strong background in construction management software such as Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, Microsoft Office Suite, and other project management tools.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced construction management setting.
- Extensive knowledge of construction scheduling techniques and project coordination strategies.
- Familiarity with construction estimating practices, cost management techniques, and budgeting processes.
- Deep understanding of construction regulations, safety standards, blueprint reading, contracts administration, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Hands-on experience with managing complex infrastructure projects involving multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under tight deadlines.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
