Collision Parts Coordinator
All County Collision & Repair – Eustis, FL
Pay: $20-$25 per hour + Performance Bonus
All County Collision is one of Central Florida's highest-rated independent collision repair facilities, and we're looking for a highly organized Collision Parts Coordinator to join our growing team.
This is a key position responsible for keeping repairs moving by ensuring the right parts are ordered, received, inspected, and ready for production.
Responsibilities
- Order OEM, aftermarket, and recycled parts
- Receive, inspect, and mirror-match parts
- Track backorders and resolve parts issues
- Process returns and warranty claims
- Communicate with vendors, estimators, and technicians
- Organize and stage parts by repair order
- Help improve cycle time and production efficiency
Qualifications
- Collision repair or automotive parts experience preferred
- Dealership parts experience is a plus
- CCC ONE experience is a plus
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Self-motivated and dependable
