Rush Imprintables is looking for a motivated, hardworking, and detail-oriented Shop Assistant to join our team immediately.
This is a hands-on position in a fast-paced production environment supporting daily shop operations and customer service.
Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting customers in person and helping receive orders
- Receiving, organizing, and preparing incoming jobs
- Folding, sorting, and packaging apparel orders
- Assisting with screen printing setup, prep, and breakdown
- Shop organization and maintaining a clean workspace
- Supporting production workflow and completing miscellaneous shop duties as needed
- Helping ensure quality control standards are met
What We’re Looking For:
- Detail-oriented with strong attention to quality
- Punctual and dependable
- Ability to solve problems independently
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Team player with strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate loads
Preferred (but not required):
- Experience in screen printing, apparel decoration, or production environments
- Customer service experience
- Basic computer and organizational skills
