Requirements:

Perform comprehensive periodontal evaluations and dental hygiene assessments
-
Provide prophylaxis, periodontal maintenance, scaling and root planing, and preventive therapies
-
Take diagnostic radiographs and digital impressions
-
Perform oral cancer screenings and identify oral health concerns
-
Apply fluoride, sealants, silver diamine fluoride (SDF), and other preventive treatments
-
Collaborate with doctors to develop comprehensive treatment plans
-
Maintain accurate clinical documentation in Dentrix Ascend
-
Build lasting relationships with patients through education and trust
-
Help patients understand their oral health and recommended treatment
-
Provide individualized home-care recommendations
-
Create a welcoming, comfortable environment for patients of all ages

Support patients through anxiety with compassion and excellent communication
-
Schedule appropriate continuing care before patients leave

Participate in hygiene and clinical team meetings

Collaborate with doctors and teammates to deliver exceptional patient care

Share knowledge and best practices with fellow hygienists

Help maintain efficient clinical workflows and a positive team culture

Active Colorado Registered Dental Hygienist License
-
Minimum of 2 years of clinical dental hygiene experience preferred
-
Current CPR/BLS certification

Strong communication and patient education skills

Excellent clinical judgment and attention to detail

Comfortable using digital technology and electronic health records

Bilingual (English/Spanish) strongly preferred. Qualified bilingual team members receive an additional $2/hour.

$42–$65 per hour, based on experience and clinical skill

Additional $2/hour bilingual differential
