What We’re Looking For:
Our growing Service Department is looking for ambitious, goal oriented individuals to join our team. We have an immediate opening for a BDC representative. Prior Service Department experience is preferred.
In this role you will:
- Schedule and Confirm Service Appointments Daily
- Schedule "We - Owe" Appointments with Service Department and Independent Sublet Companies
- Assist Service Advisors As Needed
- Work With Sales to Schedule New Cars for Upcoming Service Appointments
- Assist Service Manager with Various Duties Daily
- Must Protect the Organization's Value by Keeping Information Confidential
Job Requirements:
- Prior Service Experience Preferred
- Sense of Urgency
- Good Verbal And Written Communication Skills
