As a Hybrid Per Diem SLP with a focus on teletherapy and on-site support, you’ll be instrumental in helping students thrive—starting with one 3rd grader (with potential to support more students as needed). Gain insight into hybrid instructional models while growing your adaptability and leadership skills.
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC preferred)
- Proven experience with teletherapy platforms
- Background in school-based speech therapy
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently and adapt to changing student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct SLP services (60 min/week) as outlined in IEPs
- Participate in IEP preparation and meetings as required
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and administrators
- Maintain comprehensive and timely records for compliance
- Deliver services both virtually and on site as needed
