Pay: $65–$80+ per hour (based on role/experience)

About Us
InterAACtive Speech Therapy provides home, community-based, and limited virtual services to neurodiverse individuals of all ages. We focus on functional, strengths-based, and neurodiversity-affirming care, including AAC, gestalt language processing, apraxia, articulation, and more.
Note: This is primarily an in-person position. Applicants must live in Arizona (Phoenix area preferred).
What You’ll Do
SLPs:
- Conduct evaluations and develop treatment plans
- Provide supervision (SLPAs/CFs, if applicable)
All Clinicians (SLP & SLPA):
- Provide direct therapy services
- Collaborate with families and team members
- Support AAC use and caregiver education
- Complete timely documentation
Requirements
SLP:
- Master’s degree + active Arizona SLP license
SLPA:
- Associate’s or bachelor’s degree + active Arizona SLPA license
All Applicants:
- Minimum 2 years of experience
- Ability to commit to at least 8 hours/week of direct client services
- Arizona Fingerprint Clearance Card
- Reliable transportation
- CPR/First Aid
- Article 9 (or willingness to obtain)
- AHCCCS registration (preferred) as we are contracted with DDD
- Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming care
