COMPENSATION
- Guaranteed base: $18.50 per hour
- 90-day leadership ramp incentive
- Division performance bonuses
- Partnership and Concierge growth incentives
- Eligible overtime
- Realistic first year total compensation: $50,000–$65,000 based on results
ABOUT TFATS
TFATS Luxury Asset Protection is an established premium automotive appearance and protection company serving Tampa Bay.
We currently operate three mobile service trucks and are seeking an experienced, hands-on leader to take ownership of the division, develop the team and turn available capacity into a disciplined, growing operation.
THE OPPORTUNITY
This is not strictly a desk management role.
The Mobile Division Manager must be able to perform and inspect professional automotive detailing while also leading technicians, coordinating trucks, controlling schedules and developing new revenue opportunities.
The right person will combine three strengths:
- Hands on automotive detailing ability
- Team and field operations leadership
- Business development and relationship building ability
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead the daily operation of three mobile service trucks.
- Build schedules and efficient geographic routes.
- Assign, coach and develop mobile technicians.
- Recruit and help onboard additional technicians.
- Inspect completed work and protect TFATS quality standards.
- Maintain truck, inventory, equipment and fleet readiness.
- Ensure strong client communication, documentation and job closeout.
- Convert qualified clients into recurring Concierge relationships.
- Scout and develop partnerships with luxury communities, corporate offices, dealerships, clubs and fleet clients.
- Establish profitable recurring mobile service locations.
- Track truck revenue, productive hours, quality, on-time performance and growth opportunities.
- Assist with hands-on production when operationally necessary.
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
- The division operates without constant Owner intervention.
- All three trucks move toward at least $14,000 in collected monthly revenue.
- Technicians perform consistently and receive documented coaching.
- Trucks remain clean, stocked and operationally ready.
- Clients receive proactive communication and dependable service.
- Partnership, Concierge and studio opportunities are actively developed.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Three or more years of professional automotive detailing or mobile automotive service experience preferred.
- Hands on interior and exterior detailing capability.
- Experience leading, training or supervising technicians.
- Strong scheduling, organization and problem-solving ability.
- Professional client-facing communication.
- Ability to identify and develop local partnerships.
- Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record.
- Comfortable using job-management apps, photographs and digital reporting.
- Willing to complete a hands-on assessment and paid field trial.
SCHEDULE
Monday–Friday, generally 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
Occasional Saturdays, shows or partner activations will be required.
