Filibuster is an upscale basement cocktail bar in downtown Tallahassee, inspired by classic speakeasies and elevated hospitality. We are looking for passionate, knowledgeable bartenders and mixologists who take pride in creating exceptional cocktails and unforgettable guest experiences.

Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve craft cocktails, wine, beer, and premium spirits with consistency and precision.
- Deliver outstanding hospitality while creating memorable guest experiences.
- Recommend cocktails, spirits, wine, and food pairings.
- Maintain cleanliness, organization, and professionalism behind the bar.
- Follow established recipes while maintaining high presentation standards.
- Restock liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies.
- Accurately handle cash and POS transactions.
- Verify guest identification and ensure responsible alcohol service.
- Work closely with servers and management to maintain smooth service.
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of bartending experience (craft cocktail experience preferred).
- Strong knowledge of classic and modern cocktails.
- Familiarity with whiskey, bourbon, tequila, gin, rum, vodka, wine, and premium spirits.
- Excellent communication and hospitality skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality.
- Evening, weekend, and game day availability required.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- Florida responsible alcohol certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
