We have a very exciting New or Used Automotive Technician opportunity at our NEW STATE-OF-THE-ART CDJR Dealership in Fairfield with hours GUARANTEED.
Responsibilities
- Automotive technicians/mechanics perform work specified on maintenance and repair orders with efficiency, and in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- We run a busy, clean, productive shop with a team environment and factory training
- Automotive technicians diagnose and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, braking, air conditioning, etc., to specification
- Automotive technicians provide labor and time estimates for additional automotive repairs
- Automotive technicians explain mechanical diagnoses and required repairs in a non-technical manner to service advisors and customers
- Continuously learn new technical information and techniques in formal training sessions in order to stay up-to-date with rapidly changing technology

Skills
- We are looking for a flat rate Technician who is currently in a dealership setting
- Must be willing to invest and grow in your chosen profession
- Continue to engage in mandatory paid training
- Possess a valid driver’s license of 3+ years
