Conestoga Valley School District is seeking a motivated and knowledgeable Junior High Head Wrestling Coach.
The successful candidate will assist in planning and conducting practices, supporting meet-day preparation and strategy, mentoring student-athletes, and helping guide the team through a competitive and character-building season. A strong commitment to teamwork, sportsmanship, and the development of both athletic and life skills in student-athletes is essential.
Preferred Qualifications:

Previous experience coaching wrestling at the high school or junior high level

Strong knowledge of wrestling fundamentals, match strategies, and team management

Ability to effectively mentor and support student-athletes

Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills

Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive, and growth-oriented team culture
