What You’ll Do
- Complete maintenance requests quickly and professionally
- Perform apartment make-readies and unit turns
- Troubleshoot plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs
- Maintain clean, safe, and well-kept grounds
- Participate in on-call rotation for emergencies
- Support preventive maintenance and vendor coordination
- Keep the maintenance shop organized and efficient
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years maintenance experience (apartment preferred)
- Strong plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills
- EPA Certification preferred
- Valid Driver’s License required
- Reliable, motivated, and customer-service focused
