WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Serve as the primary point of contact for guests throughout the service process - from write-up to delivery
- Translate technical repair information into clear, confident communication that earns trust and sets accurate expectations
- Build precise estimates, commit to realistic timelines, and follow through on every promise made to the guest
- Coordinate with technicians and parts to keep repair workflows moving efficiently and on schedule
- Identify and present additional service recommendations that protect guest safety and vehicle performance
- Deliver a white-glove pickup and delivery experience consistent with the Audi brand standard
- Maintain accurate records in the DMS and uphold all documentation and compliance standards
- Represent Audi Oakland with the professionalism, expertise, and genuine hospitality the brand and its guests expect
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Service advisor experience preferred - not required. Hospitality, sales, retail, or other guest-facing backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply
- Reynolds & Reynolds experience a significant plus - familiarity with R&R is a real advantage in this role
- Polished, professional communicator - Audi guests are enthusiastic and informed, and they appreciate an advisor who matches that energy
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail - accurate estimates, realistic timelines, and disciplined follow-through are non-negotiable
- Self-motivated with a genuine drive to serve people well and grow your earnings
- Comfortable learning DMS platforms and Audi service processes - we'll train you on the brand
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- A hospitality mindset - every guest interaction reflects the Audi standard and you take that seriously
