Compounding Pharmacy under new management is looking for Pharmacists to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately filling prescriptions, and ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of pharmaceuticals and compounded medications, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to providing the highest quality of care to our patients.
Responsibilities:
- Dispense medications accurately and safely.
- Maintain patient records and provide drug information.
- Counsel patients on the proper use of medications.
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals.
- Monitor patient drug therapies for safety and efficacy.
- Provide medication reviews and reconcile medications for patients.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
