Responsibilities
- Prepare drinks such as milk tea, and specialty beverages following standard recipes
- Provide excellent customer service and create a welcoming environment
- Take orders accurately (in-store and online platforms)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store
- Restock ingredients and supplies as needed
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Support team members during busy hours
Qualifications
- No experience required – training provided (experience in boba, café, or restaurant is a plus)
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills
- Must be responsible, punctual, and a team player
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
Schedule
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Morning / Afternoon / Evening shifts available
