Located in the heart of Irvine, CA, we are a well-established and highly respected California law firm is seeking a Trust & Estate Litigation Associate to join our rapidly growing Orange County office.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who enjoys handling sophisticated fiduciary disputes and wants meaningful courtroom experience while working alongside an experienced and collaborative team.

- Base salary: $180,000–$250,000 (depending on experience)

Responsibilities
- Manage all phases of trust and estate litigation matters
- Draft petitions, pleadings, motions, and discovery
- Take and defend depositions
- Make regular court appearances
- Participate in mediations, settlement negotiations, and trial preparation
- Work directly with clients, fiduciaries, beneficiaries, and other interested parties throughout the litigation process
Qualifications
- 5+ years of Trust & Estate Litigation experience
- Strong experience handling probate, trust, conservatorship, guardianship, and/or elder abuse litigation
- Significant experience appearing in California Probate Court
- Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
- Ability to independently manage cases while collaborating effectively with a team
- Active California Bar membership required
