Subcontractor Position
Duties:
Install Pre cut wall mounted wire shelving
Install Pre packaged shower door kits
Install Mirrors and bath fixtures
Install cabinet hardware
Install blinds
Install other miscellaneous items as needed
- A general knowledge of residential/small construction is required.
- Use and maintain hand tools, portable power tools, and stationary power tools in a safe manner Independently keeps the job on schedule.
- Follows all written paperwork and does not make any assumptions without the proper direction from the sales person/project manager Skills/Qualifications: Verbal Communication, Listening, Estimating, Customer Focus, Equipment Maintenance, Basic Safety, Functional and Technical Skills, Action Oriented, Time Management, Attention to Detail, Customer Service.
