NikkiCole's Hair Design is seeking a talented, passionate, and detail-oriented Lash Technician/Lash Artist to join our established beauty team. We are looking for someone who loves helping clients feel confident and beautiful by providing exceptional lash services and personalized client care.
Our salon serves both Myrtle Beach locals and visitors, offering a variety of beauty services in a welcoming, professional environment. If you're motivated, dependable, and committed to delivering outstanding client experiences, we'd love to meet you!
Responsibilities
- Perform classic, hybrid, and volume lash extension services
- Provide lash lifts and tints (if certified)
- Conduct client consultations and recommend appropriate lash styles
- Educate clients on proper aftercare and maintenance
- Maintain sanitation and cleanliness standards in accordance with South Carolina regulations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Stay current on industry trends, techniques, and products
- Assist in creating social media content showcasing your work
Qualifications
- Current South Carolina Esthetics License (as required by state regulations)
- Experience with classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications preferred
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to sanitation standards
