Maintenance Technician I
This position is for full-time maintenance technician I at Oakland. This position is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property and will report directly to Maintenance Supervisor. Must be willing to do janitorial duties; live in on-site. Position pays between $25/hr to $28/hr DOE
Responsibilities:
· Diagnose and perform maintenance/repair as directed: electrical and plumbing, A/C and heating systems, appliance repair
· Perform maintenance projects and tasks with direction.
· Serve as on-call maintenance and responsive to after-hour emergencies service
· Do janitorial duties
Job qualifications
· One year of relevant maintenance or skilled is required
· High school diploma or GED is preferred
· Valid driver’s license required
· Spanish or Chinese (Cantonese) speaking skills are required
