Job Overview
Our MEPF BIM Coordinatin company is in search of VDC Duct, Piping, Plumbing, Electrical and Fire Modelers for coordination and fabrication shop drawings. We are requiring experince in this field. Revit and Navisworks Experience is required as well. Field experience, Shop fabrication experience, Installation experience is a huge plus. Responsibilities
- We are located on the East Coast and most of our jobs are on the eastern side of the United States so you need to be able to work during business hours Eastern time.
- You will be required daily, check ins with your team managers.
- You will be required to participate on Slack channels throughout the day.
- You will be required to model 2-4 buildings at one time most of the time, so maintaining good time management skills is a must.
- This is a fully remote Position, you will be required to answer in meetings. A good quiet work area is necessary.
- You will be required to fill out weekly reports, update trackers and trainings as necessary.
- You will be required to model and coordinate using Navisworks. In our interview, we will ask what types of software you are family with and accustomed to using. For MEP systems, it will be Fabrication with Evolve and/or Sysque. For fire, we can discuss this further as necessary.
- Constant communication through out the day is mandatory. If communication is not much of your thing, please do not apply. The more communication (within reason), the better.
- This is a full time job and M-F from 8-9 to 4-5 pm EST is mandatory. Please do not apply thinking this will be a "side job".
Experience
- Revit / Navis works experience is required.
- Must know codes / compliances (at least most of the main one's we will be modeling (i.e. accessible requirement, Clearances, and system knowledge is mandatory).
- Must know how things are to be fabrication and installed.
- Good computer skills (Windows system, typing speed, understanding how cloud models work, etc.) is mandatory.
- ACC (now known as Forma), Procore, Bluebeam, Slack experiences is a huge plus.
- Sysque, Fabrication Revit, Evolve, Dynamo, highly recommended.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
