Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging curriculum plans that support early childhood development and learning standards.
- Lead strategic planning initiatives to grow the center’s programs, community engagement, and overall excellence.
- Manage the center’s budget, including resource allocation, financial planning, and ensuring fiscal responsibility.
- Supervise and mentor staff members, fostering a collaborative team environment focused on continuous improvement.
- Oversee classroom operations, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and adherence to licensing regulations.
- Build strong relationships with families through effective communication, parent meetings, and community outreach.
- Lead fundraising efforts to support program enhancements, facility improvements, and special projects.
- Represent the center at public events, community meetings, and professional conferences through confident public speaking and leadership presence.
Experience
- Proven management experience in education administration or childcare settings with a focus on leadership roles.
- Extensive classroom teaching experience working directly with young children in early childhood education environments.
- Demonstrated success in curriculum development tailored to developmental milestones and educational best practices.
- Strong background in strategic planning, budgeting, and fundraising activities within educational or nonprofit organizations.
- Supervising experience with staff recruitment, training, performance evaluation, and team development.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders including staff, families, community partners, and regulatory agencies.

Pay: $40,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
