Sienna Mercato is hiring an experienced Line Cook to join our high-volume, Italian kitchen in the heart of downtown Pittsburgh. We operate three unique dining concepts under one roof, offering a fast-paced, team-driven environment with real opportunity for growth.
If you have at least one year of line experience and take pride in consistency, speed, and teamwork — we want to meet you.
Compensation
$ 18 to $22 per hour, based on experience

Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience as a Line Cook
- Experience in high-volume or full-service restaurant preferred
- Strong knowledge of grill, sauté, fry, or pizza stations
- Ability to work nights and weekends
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs
Responsibilities
- Execute menu items with accuracy and consistency
- Set up and break down assigned station
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Follow food safety and sanitation standards
- Communicate clearly with kitchen leadership and teammates
