Responsibilities:
Lead and Guide: Take charge of a team of landscapers/ hardscape installers, offering direction and assistance throughout the project lifecycle.
Execute Landscaping Vision: Organize and carry out landscaping processes in line with project specifications and timelines.
Blueprint Proficiency: Interpret landscaping blueprints, ensuring precise measurements and meticulous implementation of tasks.
Diverse Landscaping Skills: Undertake a wide array of landscaping responsibilities, encompassing planting, grading, retaining walls, hardscapes, and irrigation systems, pool installations, and other water features.
Client Communication: Engage effectively with clients, addressing their inquiries and offering updates on project advancement.
Collaborative Approach: Cooperate with project managers, designers, and sales personnel to maintain smooth project flow.
Safe Workspace: Uphold an organized and secure job site, prioritizing safety and efficiency during the landscaping process.
Progress Oversight: Monitor project progression, identify potential challenges, and liaise with your immediate supervisor to implement prompt solutions.
Team Development: Train and guide junior landscapers, fostering their skill enhancement and elevating overall team performance.
Mobility: Possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportation for on-site visits and material procurement.
Requirements:
Proven Leadership: Demonstrated 2-5 years of pool installation leadership expertise, supervising landscaping teams.
Landscaping Proficiency: Extensive familiarity and skill in diverse landscaping techniques and practices.
Blueprint Mastery: Proficient in reading and comprehending landscaping blueprints, ensuring accurate execution of plans.
Regulation and Standard Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of industry standards, building codes, and safety protocols.
Effective Communicator: Excellent communication capabilities for interacting with clients and delivering progress reports.
Organizational Aptitude: Strong organizational and time management skills to keep job sites orderly.
Resourceful Problem-Solving: Remarkable problem-solving ability, making adept decisions on-site.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong interpersonal abilities for efficient collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Physical Agility: Physically fit to handle heavy materials, work in varying weather conditions, and perform tasks requiring manual dexterity.
Mobility: Possession of a valid driver's license and dependable transportation for on-site visits and material procurement.
