Duties
- Engage with customers through various channels, including in-person, phone, and digital communication, to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Conduct outside sales efforts by visiting clients, attending community events, and expanding the customer base through proactive outreach.
- Negotiate terms and close sales by presenting compelling solutions tailored to individual customer requirements.
- Manage sales administration tasks such as processing orders, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to implement promotional strategies that boost product visibility and customer engagement.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience at every touchpoint.
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities for growth, and areas for improvement, supporting strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in outside sales or retail sales environments with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to build rapport and influence customer decisions.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client populations effectively.
- Familiarity with sales administration tools and analysis skills to interpret data for strategic planning.
- Knowledge of insurance sales, HIPAA regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act), telemarketing techniques, and marketing strategies is a plus.
- Exceptional customer service skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently in outside environments while maintaining professionalism and enthusiasm.
