Requirements:
· CDL Class A license and current DOT medical card
· Minimum 2 year experience as a professional CDL driver or 1 year experience with certification from an accredited driving school
· No more than 1 traffic violation in last 2 years, no at-fault accidents in the last 2 years and no DUI/DWI in last 5 years (1 per lifetime).
· Ability to pass DOT physical, DOT drug test and criminal background check
