Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and skilled Concrete Finisher to join our dynamic construction team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming freshly poured concrete into smooth, durable surfaces that meet precise specifications. Your expertise in concrete finishing techniques will ensure high-quality results on a variety of projects, including residential, and restoration sites. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on diverse construction projects and develop your craft in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Finish concrete surfaces by smoothing, leveling, and shaping using hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment such as trowels and screeds.
- Operate cutting tools, and heavy equipment safely and efficiently to facilitate pouring and finishing processes.
- Install rebar reinforcement and formwork to support concrete structures according to specifications.
- Perform concrete pouring, screeding, edging, curing, sealing, and caulking to achieve desired finishes.
Qualifications
- Proven experience working on construction projects involving concrete finishing or related trades such as carpentry or plastering 6 or more years preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge of tools, power equipment, rebar installation, formwork construction, and concrete cutting techniques.
- Skilled in the use of hand tools such as trowels, floats, edgers, as well as power tools including saws.
- Experience with heavy lifting equipment operation
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in various weather conditions while maintaining attention to detail.

Pay: $32.00 - $36.00 per hour
